The Problem

Restoration companies deserve better documentation tools

Most water mitigation teams are still running on clipboards, spreadsheets, and group texts. That's not a workflow — that's liability.

What's hurting your company right now

  • Fragmented drying files

Readings in one notebook, equipment on a whiteboard, photos in someone's camera roll.

  • Missing daily readings

Techs skip a day, adjusters notice. Gaps in the moisture log kill reimbursement speed.

  • Disorganized photo documentation

Before/during/after photos mixed together in group chats — impossible to find at report time.

  • Weak equipment tracking

Dehumidifiers and air movers left on jobs, forgotten pickups, no record of what was where.

  • Inconsistent, slow reporting

Hours of copy-pasting into Word templates. Every PM formats differently. Adjusters complain.

  • PM and admin cleanup

Project managers spend more time chasing field data than managing jobs. Owners can't see status.

The DryTrack Pro way

  • One job record, everything in it

Every reading, photo, note, equipment entry, and signature lives in one organized job record.

  • Structured daily logging

Moisture and ambient readings by room, by day. Gaps are flagged before the adjuster ever sees them.

  • Photos organized by category

Tag every photo as Before, During, or After. Key photos auto-appear on your report cover page.

  • Room-level equipment tracking

Assign, move, and remove equipment by room. Full placement history logged automatically.

  • One-click branded PDF reports

Drying charts, moisture tables, photo docs, and signatures formatted and exported in seconds.

  • Dashboard clarity for the whole team

Live status across all active jobs. Alerts for missing data. Everyone sees what needs attention.

The Workflow

Create → Sketch → Document → Track → Report

A connected five-step workflow built around how water mitigation crews actually operate — not how software developers imagined it.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Still have questions? and we'll answer everything live.

Are the PDF reports IICRC-compliant?
Reports are designed to align with IICRC S500 standards and field documentation expectations. They include moisture readings by day and area, ambient data tables, equipment logs, categorized photos, and digital signature blocks — the fields adjusters and TPAs look for when reviewing water mitigation claims.
Does it track GPP and psychrometric data?
Yes. Every daily ambient reading includes fields for temperature, relative humidity, dew point, and GPP (grains per pound). These appear in ambient tables in both daily field reports and final closure reports.
Can I use my company's own job numbering system?
Yes. DryTrack Pro lets you assign a custom job number (your internal format) alongside the system-generated reference number. Both appear in the job record and on reports.
Are records editable after the fact?
Yes. Every job field — loss type, rooms, insurance info, claim number, adjuster contact, and all readings — is fully editable after creation. You can correct data entry mistakes or update details as the job evolves.
Can technicians use it from their phones?
Yes. The field workflow — logging readings, assigning equipment, uploading photos — is optimized for smartphones and tablets. No laptop required.
What's the difference between Daily and Final reports?
A Daily Field Report is a snapshot of a single day: today's readings, ambient data, and any notes. A Final Closure Report covers the full job from start to finish — all drying trend charts, day-by-day moisture tables, equipment placement/removal history, all photo categories, signatures, and company branding.
Can branded reports show our company logo?
Yes, on the Scale plan and above. Scale accounts can upload a company logo, set custom header and footer text, and configure the company name and contact displayed on every PDF page.
Do you integrate with Xactimate or other tools?
Not yet. Integration with industry tools like Xactimate is on the roadmap. If integrations matter to you, let us know when you book a demo — customer feedback directly influences what we prioritize.
How does the room sketch tool work?
You can draw room floor plans manually using a grid-based tool — add walls, doors, windows, and dimension labels room by room. On supported iPhone Pro and iPad Pro models, you can also import a room in seconds using Apple's LiDAR-powered RoomPlan scanner. Imported rooms come with accurate dimensions and room geometry that DryTrack Pro uses for documentation and scope drafting.
Is the scope of work output ready for Xactimate or estimating?
The scope of work module drafts structured, line-item scope sections from your job documentation — organized by room and damage category. The output is designed to feed directly into your estimating workflow, and will support export formats compatible with industry tools as that roadmap item progresses. For now, it's formatted for review, copy-paste, and submission.
Can the calendar be used by multiple crew members?
Yes. The team calendar is shared across your account. Project managers and admins can create events and assign them to specific technicians or PMs. Each team member sees their own events filtered to their role. Events are linked to job records so the context is always a click away.

One platform. The whole job.

Sketch the space. Log readings. Schedule your crew. Generate reports that close claims. DryTrack Pro connects every part of the water mitigation workflow in one place — built for restoration from the ground up.
